Reader to Reader
I'd be very interested to hear from readers who have visited Sarajevo, Bosnia, recently and if they can recommend a hotel or guesthouse. We'd prefer somewhere that is quiet, has some character, perhaps a nice view, and isn't too expensive. Also, it must be within walking distance of the city centre.
When we leave Sarajevo, we'll be travelling to Dubrovnik and haven't decided whether to rent a car, take the train, or go by bus. Again, any advice would be welcome.
Finally, we have to stay in a hotel or B&B near Gatwick airport in the U.K. We don't want to spend more than we have to in order to get a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed in a clean, pleasing room. Any suggestions?
